Khoai tây gọt vỏ rửa sạch, cắt lát mỏng rồi cắt sợi chỉ theo chiều dọc củ. Sau đó sả dưới vòi nước cho sạch.

Đậu que tước sơ và rửa sạch, cắt xéo nhỏ cho nhanh chín.

Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, phi thơm tỏi băm. Sau đó cho khoai tây cắt sợi vào, nêm muối. Đảo đều cho khoai tây thấm muối.

Đậy vung đun khoảng 1-2 phút trên lửa vừa cho nhanh chín. Sau đó, thêm đậu que vào xào cùng, đảo đều tay nhưng chậm tránh để khoai tây bị nát.

Cuối cùng, thêm tiêu và mè trắng vào đảo đều rồi tắt bếp, nhấc ra.
